Last Minute Getaway

So my mother came to me Thursday night and said...¨Can you accompany your grandmother to Guatemala tomorrow morning??¨ I am the queen of spontaneous, random last minute adventures but this one really caught me having not gone on any in a while. I sorta packed a bag and here I am for the weekend spending time with family and dear friends. I´m getting my fix of black beans, fried plantains, fresh corn tortillas, FRUIT, and so much more before I head back on Wednesday. So fun!

A New BABY!

My BEAUTIFUL BFF Kristi Eyre gave birth to a precious little girl yesterday morning and I haven't stopped smiling since I found out.  Another little one for me to SPOIL!  =)  I stole this picture from their blog and just had to post it to let them know...if they haven't heard it enough from me already...how incredibly happy and excited I am for them and how much I love their new family of four!  I love you Noah, Kristi, McKay and baby Lyla Joy!
